HARATAI-KENBAIREN for Mixed Chorus and Four Hands Piano

HARATAI-KENBAIREN for Mixed Chorus and Four Hands Piano

This piece is a masterwork from one of the most important
Japanese female composers Makiko KINOSHITA. The famous
Japanese poet Kenji MIYAZAWA wrote this poem after seeing
"The Sword Dance". Later, his creation inspired many
composers. The sound "dah-dah-sko-dah-dah" imitates drums,
and the chromatic tones resound just like a melancholic
flute.
